The apartment is on the 12th floor of 1340 Danforth Road with the nearest TTC bus stop only 10 meters from the building. Washing and drying machine available on site and the Kitchen is shared.

The nearest TTC bust stop is 10 meters from the building and the building is situated at a very short walking distance to the nearest No Frills, Circle K, restaurants, LCBO, Shoppers Drug mart etc. Tennis court, basketball court and cricket ground available in the building premises for free. Rent is 480 dollars, including all utilities such as hydro, water, home insurance, high speed internet etc. We have been staying here for more than a year so we have all the necessary home and kitchen essentials so you can move in just with your basic essentials such as a mattress.
