I have a room available for rent in my huge house close to downtown and 17th Ave. This is a unique house with great character!

Kitchen, laundry facilities, living room, storage area and parking are all available for you to use. There is easy public transportation to EVERYWHERE, especially U of C, ACAD, SAIT and Mount Royal.

Utilities included (electricity, heat, water and Internet). We also get a cleaning service of public spaces every couple weeks that is included in the price.

Looking for responsible non-smokers. Security deposit required. Super sorry we can't accept any pets. We have tried in the past and found it is just too much.

We have a couple washers and laundry areas. There are a few living rooms and rumpus areas. There is a massive front and back yard. Space for personal storage. We are really looking for exchange students as it helps foster the positive vibe of excitement and energy we have created. Most of us end up like family to each other and we are hoping our new roommate will embrace that.
