The Home:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and it is one apartment per floor. The living room is west facing and gets a lot of sunlight through the afternoon ☀️. The house is otherwise furnished with all basic appliances.

The Room:
The room is 10 x 13 ft. south-east facing and has a fire escape door that serves as a perfect mini balcony ☕️. In the room, there is the bed frame purchased from Ikea last September, the mattress, a chest of drawers (6 drawers) and a portable AC. You can buy these out from my current roommate or if you dont want these she can sell them. The room has a single closet, the drawers and the bed has storage too.

The neighbourhood:
Gerrard street has many grocery stores and restaurants, streetcar and ttc bus access, bikeshare, public parks, coffee shops etc. . 20 mins to yonge street via streetcar, and 10 mins to greenline sunway via bus. Its also a 20 minute walk to the Beach. ️
