The model number is LD220G. It's slightly older but still works perfectly fine. It has 1920x1080 resolution and 16:9 ratio with 60Hz refresh rate. The monitor can be connected to a computer via a VGA port or use an adapter ($10 on Amazon) for HDMI. I am including a power cable but that's it. I MIGHT have a VGA cable for you but I'd have to check.
