We're a small but growing auto protection business working out of a clean, well-equipped garage in Oakville. We specialize in:
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Vinyl wraps
- Ceramic coatings

As demand grows, we're looking for a skilled PPF installer to join us on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants flexible hours, quality work, and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities:
-Prep and install PPF (partial, front-end, or full vehicles)
-(Optional) Ceramic coating or window tinting if experienced
-Maintain cleanliness and care of tools and workspace

What We're Looking For:
- 1 year experience installing PPF (XPEL, STEK, 3M, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient
- Able to work independently and deliver clean results
- Bonus: experience with ceramic coating or window tint
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:
40% of net profit per vehicle
Example: $2,000 service – $600 materials = $1,400 profit → You earn $560
Pay issued per job
