À quelques pas des magasins et restaurants de la rue Notre-Dame, cette propriété se trouve à 5min à pied de la station Lionel Groulx, et 10min du marché Atwater, du Canal de Lachine et à distance de marche du centre-ville de Montréal.

Le logement contient 3 chambres avec fenêtres et une pièce utilisée comme bureau partagé avec terrasse à l'avant, une grande cuisine et salle à manger à aire ouverte, de murs en briques apparentes, d'une grande terrasse privée en bois à l'arrière. Tous les electros sont inclus.
Loyer : 775 $/mois (hydro et internet non inclus)
Tu partageras l'appart avec Lucas (moi) etudiant ingenieur en IA et ingé son à temps perdu.
On cherche quelqu'un de propre, respectueux·se, et à l'aise avec la vie en communauté. Quelqu'un qui aime avoir son espace perso mais aussi passer de bons moments entre colocs

Just steps away from the shops and restaurants on Notre-Dame Street, it's a 5-minute walk to Lionel-Groulx metro station, 10 minutes from Atwater Market and the Lachine Canal, and within walking distance of downtown Montreal.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with windows, an additional room used as a shared office with a front terrace, a large open-concept kitchen and dining area, exposed brick walls, and a large private wooden terrace in the back. All appliances are included. The rooms can be furnished.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me, Lucas — an AI engineering student and part-time sound engineer.
