As is fixer upper. The derailleur is broken and needs fixing so that the chain can remain taut. Either replacement or repair (i believe its some sort of spring mechanism that broke inside)

Beautiful frame to work on. I just have no bicycle know how to fix this sort of thing and purchased a different bike for use.

New cushy tape, rear view mirror (cracked, was bought like this). Brakes can be accessed upright or drop through.
