We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Farm Hand.

Responsibilities include:

Operate farm machinery (such as tractors) to complete necessary tasks
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure it stays in good working condition
Follow all safety guidelines and handle materials (including fertilizers) responsibly
Work closely with the team to maintain a positive, productive environment
Take on additional duties as assigned to support farm operations
What we require:

Farming background with hands-on agricultural experience in Canada is a must
Must provide a current driver's abstract
Mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform small repairs
Proven experience operating tractors and farm machinery (required)
Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
1A Licence considered an asset, but not required
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and around fertilizers
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to a team-focused, enjoyable workplace
Wage: $35-45 per hour depending on experience.

Housing available as well.
