This bike is rideable and everything works as is but there's a broken spoke on the front wheel (easy to fix) and that wheel wobbles by about 3mm (harder to fix but possible with a spoke wrench). This could be a good buy for someone who likes to tinker or just wants a beater bike for short commutes. The frame is 19" from crank to seat post.
