Hi there! I am looking for a roommate in my spacious, central-Mile-End apartment. Preferably someone who is interested in a more long term arrangement and appreciates a clean living dynamic and communication!
The apartment is in a pretty amazing location, with multiple groceries stores across the street, and the SAQ, banks, parks, cafes and much more in very close proximity.
The room currently has a mattress, a comfy love-seat, a side table, a lamp, and a small book shelf. There is a spacious closet as well.
The apartment has tons of storage, including a large storage room, right by the entrance where we can even store bikes through the winter.
There is in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher, an oven and a large fridge. The apartment is pretty well stocked with everything from pots and pans and other cookware to utensils and plates! More is welcome, but you could very well just move minimally if you move lightly.
There is a balcony that we share.
The price is $1000/month, plus hydro and wi-fi, and is available starting in late July/August 1.
The total extra cost per month is usually around $60.
