We are currently conducting market research studies with patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) & Carers. Taking part will help us to understand your day to day experiences and may help you and other patients and carers in the future.

This is non-interventional research study that will not ask you to take a drug or undergo any medical procedure, as it is not a clinical trial; we are only interested in opinions. All participants will receive compensation for their time.

Please note we are not selling any products or services nor will you be asked to pay anything to participate. We are just looking for patient opinions which are just as important as Doctors and Administrators.

Study 1
• Must be age 18
• Live in Canada currently
• Diagnosed by a medical doctor with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) or is a carer of someone diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D within the past 10 years
• Must provide a confirmation of diagnoses (COD)
• On insulin
• You will be providing feedback on an online forum over 10 days – 15-30 mins per day
• Full fluency of English (reading, writing & communicating)
• Incentive - $400

Study 2
To Qualify
• Must be age 30
• Live in Canada currently
• Diagnosed by a medical doctor with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) or is a carer of someone diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) - diagnosed anytime
• On insulin
• Also diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) within the past 10 years
• Must provide a confirmation of diagnoses (COD)
• You will be participating in an online interview
• Full fluency of English (reading, writing & communicating)
• Incentive - $250

Study 3
To Qualify
• Must be age 18
• Live in or Canada currently
• Diagnosed by a medical doctor with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) or is a carer of someone diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) within the past 10 years
• Must provide a confirmation of diagnoses (COD)
• On insulin
• You will be participating in a 90 minute in person focus group in Toronto Downtown
• Full fluency of English (reading, writing & communicating)
• $250
