We're looking to share our home with one more female tenant—preferably a senior, student, or working professional.
You'll have a cozy, clean, and furnished (or partially furnished—your choice) private bedroom in the lower-level rumpus room of a well-maintained house, just 10 blocks south of Bonnie Doon Mall.

All utilities covered: Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, Telus TV, power, water, and heat
Shared bathroom with shower - Shared with only one other female.
Same-floor laundry (shared with all 3 housemates)
A small, comfortable living/reading room

The lower level is shared with just one other female, who works out of town, so you'll have plenty of quiet time. This is a non-smoking, no-party, peaceful and respectful home—ideal if you're looking for calm and safety.
You'll enjoy a large backyard, a friendly and mature neighborhood, and we're only a block away from Millcreek trails and the Avonmore LRT Station (83 St). There's plenty of street and alley parking if you drive.
Although we're not accepting pets, you must be okay with small visiting dogs—none live here, but we do have some visiting furry guests.
