About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Health and Safety Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining a safe and compliant workplace while also bringing strong computer skills and a proactive attitude to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations across the workplace
· Monitoring Driver logs
· Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety training
· Support the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures
· Prepare safety reports and documentation using various software tools
· Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices
Requirements:
· Experience or strong interest in health and safety practices
· Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, reporting systems, databases)
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities
· A self-motivated, hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn
· Knowledge about accounting would be ideal but not a requirement
