Responsibilities

Lead or support framing crews on custom homes and structural renos
Interpret blueprints and site layout with precision
Coordinate material use, safety protocols, and site efficiency
Communicate with site supervisors, clients, and trades
Uphold high standards for build quality, safety, and jobsite organization

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years framing experience, ideally in custom home construction
Able to run layout, read plans, and work independently
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Reliable transportation and basic framing hand tools required
Commitment to quality, safety, and team success
