I am looking for a room to rent for August.
I am a 47 year old male, I am easy going guy, do not smoke, do not drugs, do not drink. I am doing an online course and am doing placement in Thunder Bay starting in mid August. I would be willing to sign a lease for 6 months. I have always paid rent on time, I can give rent references 7 years back if needed.
I am not to picking, I want everything in included, wifi would be great and I need parking, I am willing to pay up to $850 a month.
