We're looking for a reliable, flexible on-call assistant based in Downtown Toronto to help support our fast-growing Airbnb business.

We manage multiple high-end Airbnb units and need someone local to help with real-world tasks that our virtual team can't handle.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Handling emergency guest situations (e.g. guest loses keys, issues with lockbox, etc.)
• Checking that guests have checked out properly and confirming key/fob returns
• Physically retrieving or returning keys and fobs when needed
• Occasionally meeting guests for check-in if required (most units are self-check-in)
• Responding on-call to in-person needs like:
• Delivering missing towels or items
• Verifying guest issues reported to our virtual team
• Checking lockboxes or inspecting the unit when needed
• Picking up or dropping off small items nearby (e.g. restocking supplies, key cuts)
• Confirming that virtual assistants (VAs) have completed specific tasks properly
• Occasionally recording photos or short videos for documentation

✅ Requirements:
• Must live in Downtown Toronto (close to Financial District / Yorkville / Entertainment District preferred)
• Must be on-call, responsive, and able to handle physical tasks on short notice
• Must be highly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Must have a smartphone with data
• Must be available for occasional morning and late-night requests
• No car required — walking, biking, or TTC is fine
• Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, customer service, or property management is a bonus

• $20–$25/hour depending on experience
• $25 minimum flat rate if a task takes under 1 hour
• Estimated 8–20 hours/month depending on need
