Masticating style (not centrifugal): the slow processing maintains cellular structure of food juiced which, it is said, provides more nutrition for this reason.
Also makes nut butters, patés, frozen fruit sorbets etc. This model does not make pasta.

Purchased new in 2012 from Earth's General Store in Edmonton for $750. Lightly used for its age.
