Large room for rent in great neighborhood on Hamilton Mountain. Looking for a clean, quiet and respectful person. This room comes with a kitchen, laundry, parking and Wi-Fi. Located close to Mohawk College, and all major hospitals(Juraravinski, Henderson and the General). Downtown is only a few minutes drive down the hill. Or 10 minutes if you are in shape and take the stairs. This room is for one person only. Must be working full-time. This room is great for a person who may be working contract work in Hamilton. A separate entrance from the back leads to your accommodations. If you are interested, give me a few lines to tell me a little bit about yourself, where you are working or going to school and time frame of how long your stay may be. If you don't give me any info about yourself, you will not get a reply back. If you are working out of town and need a place during the week and want to save time and money on commuting, I can reduce the amount of rent if you are not here on the weekends. Rent is month to month.
