This is a fixed black Devinci Milano (Hybrid- for both road and street riding) bike with 28 inche wheels, Though the exact modle and date made is unknown. Everything is working well (the speed route housing cord has been replaced).
I personally suggest this bike to thoese who have or knows somoene who has knowalgeable skill about these bikes. You may find fixing it yourself to be a bit of a hassle should you break it yourself.
