Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and tools. A growing HVAC company in Ottawa is seeking experienced HVAC installers to install Tankless Water Heaters, Boilers, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps and Furnaces.

Responsibilities
• Install Tankless Water Heaters, Boilers, Air Conditioners, and Heat Pumps according to manufacturer specifications, Ontario codes and Therm Control's standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation details and service history.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.

Experience
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Familiarity with plumbing, welding, and appliance repair is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Requirements
• Must have G2 or G1 Gas License
• OPD Certification
• 313A / 313D Refrigeration License or 308A / 308D Sheetmetal License
• Working knowledge and experience with residential HVAC equipment.
• Commercial experience is an asset.
• Must have a G license with a clean driving abstract.
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required for this position.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
