For sale is a 2012 Acura TSX.
The car has been well maintained (list below) and all common problems for a 13 year old 300k car have been addressed. Oil changed every 5,000km, no pops/grinds in the transmission and will come with aftermarket wireless apple carplay.
We have decided to purchase a newer car and no longer need the TSX.
Will need an A/C recharge for the summer and the power steering has been diagnosed as a electronic ps module failure (no power to module), I will include the replacement part in the sale.

Ball joints in 2023.
Winter Tires on OEM Rims with 7-8/32nds (like new).
Timing Chain, Tensioner, VTC and Water Pump done at 300,000 km.
Alternator and starter in 2024.
Both front and rear pads and rotors in 2024.
Both front axles, differential seal and differential fluid in 2025.
Alignment in 2025.
Driver rear caliper in 2025.
Brake lines in 2025.
Brake master and slave cylinders in 2025.
Brake fluid flush in 2025.
