Essentially the same as the $2500 Troy-Bilt Vortex 2895 XP (MTD makes Cub Cadet and Troy-Bilt).
Has the same huge 420cc engine, joystick chute control, heated hand grips, electric start, massive knobby tires, etc.
This powerful machine is in good condition, starts and runs well.
It does have one problem, which is that it breaks shear bolts frequently on the accelerators (the centre augers that feed snow into the impeller/chute). It didn't do this in the past, and it has gradually gotten worse. My guess is that one or both of those augers is somehow damaged. However, I don't need this big of a machine, so I decided to downsize and sell instead of repair.
