This backpack is in excellent, brand new condition. Not a mark on it, zippers are smooth and straps adjust easily. Everything works like the day I got it. It is clean and ready to go.

This is not a department store backpack. Thule is well known for making great bike racks, backpacks, computer bags and cases among other things. It is a high quality piece that will last for years.
