We looking for a roommate in our NDG apartment for Augst 1st.

The home is quite large with in unit washer and dryer, full gas cooking appliances, and AC. On top of living and dining room area areas, there is a work out/meditation room and a balcony that gets lots of Sun.

The apartment is located a 10 minute walk from Vendome station with easy access to biking paths and Hwy 20. The apartment is very near NDG park and is 2km from Loyola Campus.

We love this apartment.

The smaller room is $650 and utilities average around $90/month with winter months being a bit more pricy with heating costs.

A bit about us, I am an American transplant in my early 30s. I like to maintain a clean comfortable space. Outside of work, I like to be outside as much as possible. I love biking in particular. Shared meals are something I appreciate when schedules align but also we are all adults here, so no pressure on that front. I am a regular cook who will happily share food.

I am working on my French so, French speakers are very very welcome.

Sarim is a full-stack developer in his early 30s from Pakistan who has lived in Montreal for 1 year. Outside of work, he is part of an improv group, practices photography, and recently bought a motorcycle for weekend trips.

We have lived with so many types of people in the past, and am very open to different types of folks. A few times a year, we do like to host bigger events, but for the most part prefer to keep life in the house on the low key side, as We are 9-5ers.
