Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience driving manual dump trucks and a thorough understanding of all job-related tasks. This includes performing detailed pre- and post-trip inspections, adhering to strict safety regulations, and confidently navigating diverse terrains and job sites. In addition to driving responsibilities, drivers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their trucks through daily cleaning. This ensures the vehicle is well-maintained and reflects our company's commitment to quality. Candidates should also be proficient in loading and unloading materials, keeping accurate records, and communicating effectively with dispatch and team members. A strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork is essential.
