Technician stopped inspection once he noticed the hole in the front frame. These holes legally can't be patched or welded unless by a licensed, certified structural welder. REPLACING THE FRAME IS LITERALLY THE ONLY OPTION. The car is licensed presently and drivable. Cannot be sold safely only as is. The car has over 10k spent on it in 3 years.
