Always been covered and winterized

No leaks
New vent covers installed
Brand new tires on it
Trailer breaks work great
Couch pulls out
Comes with trailer hitch
Comes with a 40FT tarp to cover it

CONS
Doesn't have the propane regulator, but you could buy one and use the propane.
Front door could be replaced, it opens and closes but needs a good pull to open. (The bathroom door is perfect so maybe you could switch them?)
Not sure if the fridge works, we never used it we brought a mini fridge (can include that too)

Overall a solid unit for the year, kept us dry,warm and cool. Only reason for selling is it doesn't fit our family anymore! Need gone asap to make room for our new one.
