She is potty trained, not crate trained but trained to stay out while home alone, not destructive but very vocal and loves to cuddle

Vaccines are up to date but due soon for next set and rabies, have her vaccine passport. Name is Lotus (papers say Lacy from past owner)

Asking 750, Located in Arnprior but willing to deliver up to 1-2 hours away no charge
