Hello, I'm Lola! My son and I reside in the house and are searching for a roommate.

LOCATION:
Situated in Vancouver at Knight Street & 61st Avenue, this private bedroom is located on the main floor of a home. Our place is just 15 minutes from the airport and a quick 20-minute drive to downtown Vancouver. If you're taking public transit, there are convenient bus stops nearby. There is a bus stop in front of the house going to downtown Vancouver or VCC-Clark Station. There is a bus stop 100m from the house going to KPU, Richmond-Brighouse Station, or Richmond Centre. There is a bus stop across the street going to Metrotown Station. And nearby buses to take you to other areas of the city. If you would like to know the distance to a particular place you will be commuting to, I'd be happy to provide that information.

THE ROOM:
You will have exclusive access to an 85 sq ft bedroom (10'4”x8'2”) with a queen bed, nightstand, and wardrobe on a main floor level home. Bedding and towels are included.You'll have shared access to the kitchen, TWO BATHROOMS, dining room, living room, laundry, and backyard.

ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE:
There will be no additional charges. Your rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, cable and streaming services, housekeeping services, cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials such as oil and spices, laundry and laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/ bodywash, paper towel and bathroom tissue.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including appliances like a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and airfryer. We also provide pots, pans, dishes, silverware, oil, spices, soy sauce, and condiments for your convenience.

LAUNDRY:
We have an on-site washer and dryer with laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets provided at no extra cost.

CLEANING:
Housekeeping services are included, so you can relax and enjoy a clean living space. I make sure to maintain cleanliness in shared areas daily, with hired cleaners to do a deep clean every two weeks. We ask that guests help out by keeping shared spaces tidy and using the cleaning supplies provided.
