A very attractive completely original truck that has been in the same family since new. This numbers matching truck has previously undergone a complete body-off restoration. It has standard steering, standard brakes, and standard transmission.It has the original leather seats that are aged and somewhat cracked and have seat covers over them. It has 85,000 miles on it.
The body is in excellent condition with all new weather stripping and piping; it has been professionally sandblasted and re-painted a metallic blue, very close to the original color. There is no visible rust. It has running board grip strips, left and right side rear view mirrors, add-on signal lights, dual windshield wipers, new tail lights and new rear bumper, a 1952 Alberta license plate on the front, plus numerous other parts re-placed or restored as necessary. It also has the desirable split rear window and a full size front sun visor. It comes with a complete spare steering box.
It has a day/night rear view mirror, no headliner, drivers side dome light, left side sun visor, steering column mounted shifter, and aftermarket novelty gas pedal and headlight dimmer switch.
The windshield is newer and in excellent condition; all the rest of the glass is good.
The Silver Diamond 220 OHV inline-six, 220.5 cu in with 100 HP is all original and in excellent running condition. The three speed transmission is good working condition; the clutch was previously rebuilt and is work properly. The complete exhaust system was previously replaced and remains in top condition.
The tires are Michelin Radial LTX P235/75 105S M S in very good condition with 85% tread left; it has a Whippet II 6.00-16 tube type side mounted spare with matching painted rim and hub cap in very good condition. There are Hydraulic and screw type jacks under the seat with a tire iron as well.
