We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a solid understanding of cross-border freight and a passion for logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily dispatch operations for Flatbed (Rolltite) units
Develop and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships
Secure loads from freight boards
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups/deliveries
Quote rates and negotiate contracts with clients
Track shipments and resolve service issues
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching and/or freight sales
Knowledge of North American geography (Canada–USA lanes)
Familiarity with TMS systems and load boards
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Must have flatbed dispatching experience
