The bed, table, chair will be left for you to use, there are wall shelves to keep stuff.

Wifi and Laundry in the house which is included with rent, so i the electricity and water. Everything included for 850/month.

There are 4 rooms total in the house, other 3 rooms are occupied by working males, 2 work at hospital, 1 guy works from home, its usually Quiet and chill place.

Bus stop is right outside the house. Sobeys 5 mins walk, downtown Halifax 10 mins walk.
