Job Title: Montessori Casa Teacher – Whitby, ON

Job Description:
We are a nurturing Montessori school in Whitby seeking a passionate Montessori Casa Teacher (3-6 years) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a prepared Montessori classroom environment

Guide children in practical life, sensorial, math, language, and cultural activities

Observe and assess individual student progress

Collaborate with parents and staff to support student growth

Foster independence, creativity, and a love of learning

Qualifications:

AMI or MACTE Montessori diploma (or equivalent training)

Experience teaching Montessori Casa level preferred

Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Strong communication and organizational skills

Patient, warm, and child-centered approach
