I am looking for a Master bedroom with ensuite, or a large bedroom with a private bathroom. I am open to reasonable priced bachelor apt.
No basements and preferably not painted gray. I would prefer housemates that are kind, happy, very clean, and somewhat quiet people. It doesn't matter if the room is furnished or not. I need one parking spot and all utilities paid.
I am child friendly and senior friendly. I have a recent police check with vulnerable sector approval.
