Selling my 12,000 BTU Danby Air Conditioner, Run only in really hot days, we moved to a new house that has central AC so we no longer need this, the unit is very well kept. Purchased new from Costco for 600$ so I believe my price is fair considering the condition. I have also taken off the back plate so you can see the fins, its rated for 550 sq.ft and we honestly have never had an issue with it cooling our rooms down.


It is a High Effeciency AC, so it takes 3-5 minutes to start cooling.
