We are currently seeking a Purchaser & Customer Relationship/Sales to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
This dual-role position involves overseeing purchasing activities and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident in communication — both with vendors and customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage purchase orders and supplier communications
• Track inventory and ensure timely ordering of materials
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure smooth flow within the sales to install/delivery teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation (CRM- Microsoft)
• Provide administrative support where needed
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in both English(spoken and written preferred) French would also be of great value
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Proficient with computers
• Previous experience in purchasing, retail, or client services is an asset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
