There is a period after "safe and near" instead of an exclamation point.
Po15 The O is a zero
Date of birth is in the incorrect format of mm-dd-yy


Errors on the Tush Tag are as follows:
No period after "NO" Reads: REG. NO PA. 1965(KR) and the (KR) means it was part of the Korean Market. Which means Pouch was not mass produced.
CE on the tag.
There is a period and comma after INC.,
