Job Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats (beef, poultry, lamb, pork, etc.) with precision and efficiency
Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Operate saws, knives, grinders, and other meat processing equipment
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products
Interact professionally with team members and customers
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Meat Cutter or Butcher
Strong knowledge of different meat cuts and processing techniques
Ability to work in a cold environment and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Willingness to relocate and commit long-term
