This is a vinyl vacuum used to install vinyl liners in pools, among other applications. Purchased in 2022/2023 when my husband and I were installing liners for pools, but we no longer do that. It has been used once. It comes with the bit to go underneath the liners. These are very expensive - over $1000 a pop. It's a little dirty just because it has been sitting in storage for a few years.
