Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to promote and sell custom home address signs directly to homeowners. This role involves engaging with potential customers at their residences, presenting product options, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and confident in face-to-face sales.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners directly.

Present and explain the benefits of customized home address signs, including safety, aesthetics, and bylaw compliance.

Showcase product samples, color options, design templates, and installation details.

Answer customer questions regarding pricing, materials, durability, and installation.

Accurately record customer details, orders, and preferences.

Coordinate with the design/production team to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Distribute flyers, business cards, and promotional materials.

Report daily activity, leads, and conversions to the sales manager.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge at all times.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door marketing, or customer service is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in approaching and talking to new people.

Basic knowledge of residential signage or willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation and a smartphone are required.

Physically able to walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation:
Commission-only structure available (based on experience and results). Incentives and bonuses are offered for top performers.
