Job Description:
We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to identify potential clients, assess their renovation needs, and schedule estimates for our team. You'll be the face of our company, building relationships and driving business growth by connecting homeowners with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to and meet with homeowners to discuss renovation opportunities.
- Evaluate properties to identify potential projects (e.g., roofing, siding, landscaping, interior upgrades).
- Educate customers on our services and qualify leads for the estimating team.
- Schedule appointments for our estimators to provide detailed quotes.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Maintain records of interactions in [CRM system, if applicable].

Requirements:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or home services sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—friendly, persuasive, and professional.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Knowledge of construction/renovations (a plus but not mandatory).
