I am a new startup Building custom E-bike Batteries for motorcycle style ebikes like the emmo zone, monster series bikes or any of the 48v-60v moped style ebikes.

The battery packs will be quality built with brand new LiFePO4 15AH 33140 cylindrical cells. Specs in the pictures.

The cells will be mounted in Carbon Fiber infused Nylon holders and then secured in a custom steel enclosure. The enclosures can be custom made if required, but if you have an emmo zone, or monster series e-bike then I already have the sizing for them.

Included in the price will be an ANT BMS that can connect to your phone via Bluetooth and has the new upgraded App for monitoring and setup. The BMS allows up 350A current, but most standard ebike controllers cutoff at 50A to 150A so there is plenty of room if you want to upgrade your controller. (that is a option if you are looking to upgrade)

The connectors I will be using are the QS10 anti spark connector. These eliminate the arc that happens every time you connect your battery up. installation includes changing the connector on your bike.

These cells are expensive but far superior to 18650 cells.

What I am going to do is offer 20 custom packs at special start up price to help get a discount price on a bulk purchase of cells.
These are high output high quality LiFePO4 33140 batteries. Not Lithium ion cells. Check specs in the pictures.
prices for first 20 are as follows
48v 30AH $600
60v 30AH $700
72v 30AH $800
72v 45AH $1200
84v 30AH $900
84v 45AH $1500
Prices after will be close to double these prices.

This includes installation at my shop.

The build time will be go by first ordered and will start approximately 2 weeks after all orders have sold. The first ten orders will have their batteries in 2-3 weeks. Orders 11-20 will be 3-4 weeks. If all 20 orders are not sold within two weeks, you can choose to wait a bit longer and we can reassess if I can put the order through, or you can have a full refund which will be issued within 24hrs. I will update the number sold at the top of the ad.

I will also warranty the batteries for full refund for 3 months, after which I will offer free repair, including parts for 6 months. After 6 months I will repair your pack with free labor but parts will be extra. But for helping me out I will remember that, and I am not a jerk so if its not a complete write off I will help you out.
