Compensation: $25–$30/hour
Hours: 3–4 hours daily | Weekdays preferre
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative & Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in keeping our business organized behind the scenes—from inbox organization to database updates.
Main Responsibilities:
• Input and organize client data in spreadsheets and documents
• Monitor and sort emails, respond to basic inquiries
• Set appointments and maintain online calendars
• Assist with document formatting and file storage
• Perform light admin support and occasional research
Qualifications:
• Tech-savvy with basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong written communication
• Reliable internet and ability to work from home
• Previous admin or remote work experience is a bonus—but not required
