- **Location:** Saint Henri, next to Atwater market— 4 mins to Lionel-Groulx metro & Super C, 5 mins to Lachine Canal, many shops, and gym.
- **Lease:** Transfer from Sept 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026 (renewable)
- **Rent:** $1010/month (Wi-Fi included)
- **Hydro:** ~$20–30/month; ~$60 in winter (usage dependent)
- **Specs:** 4½ (2-bedroom) with A/C, dishwasher, stove, fridge, kitchen table. Renovated in 2023. I have furnished the apartment with a sofa, kitchenware, basic furniture, and other essentials. The room has two windows with a good amount of sunlight. My current roommate is also leaving his bedroom furniture behind (you can have his basic bedroom furniture without a cost; we will discuss this)

Hi! I'm a 25-year-old Undergraduate McGill psychology student from South Korea. I have experience living with roommates with diverse cultural backgrounds, and they all remember me as a person who is quiet, clean, and organized. I also maintain a steady lifestyle routine (11 - 7).

Personality-wise, I value kind and respectful communication with the people I live with. I'm generally emotionally open, empathetic, and good at understanding others' feelings and points of view

In my spare time, I volunteer in a local community choir & geriatric center, leading a McGill running group, and enjoy talking to people in a philosophy discussion group nearby.

- I'm looking for a roommate around my age (around 20 - 28, undergrad, grad student, or others) who's clean, respectful, a non-smoker, and values peaceful co-living. While I'm usually flexible and understanding in general things, I do ask for respect toward quiet hours (11-7). If you're looking for a quiet and mature roommate, we'll likely be a great match! I'm open to any gender, with a preference for a male roommate.
