I have a great little 2 bedroom apartment in a newer building and it's close to many amenities such as the library, IGA, schools, and only a few minutes from wholesale, superstore and lots of restaurants. There is washer and dryer in the unit, as well as AC, and dishwasher. There is plenty of street parking for free or if you prefer there is underground secure heated parking in the building for an additional fee. Me and my 2 awesome cats, Mr.Magoo and Precious are looking for the right person to share our home with. The right person will of course love cats be responsible, quiet, and clean.. we are pretty easy to get along with as long as you don't use drugs of any kind, don't have lots of visitors coming through or traffic coming through the apartment, clean up after yourself pay your rent on time and most importantly have full-time employment. The apartment is pet friendly however I'm gonna say limited because it will depend on whether or not they get along with my cats.. if you smoke that's OK as long as you only smoke outside.
