I need a hard working individual that's able to work more than a couple hours tomorrow. Physical labor includes wheelbarrows and heavy lifting. I need a meticulous laborer, not someone who is solely interested in speed. Getting tired of workers that just want to work for a couple hours so they can go to the liquor store!
