You'll be taking the 2nd, slightly smaller bedroom. You will have your own closet, with sliding doors left to right. Room measures 10.5 ft x 8ft =89.25 square ft. with a closet 2 feet deep inwards.

Sharing common spaces. Bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry machines.

There is also parking pad assigned to the property. Usage can be discussed between basement tenants.

Basement has separate back door entrance and staircase down from upstairs. We share the utilities room containing the furnaces. The door must not be blocked nor stored anything in the utilities room.
