RENT includes: WiFi; utilities (water, heat, gas); parking stall in front of unit; use of shared: bathroom on upper level; washer/dryer; vacuum; shared kitchen with use of dishes/utensils/cookware; private bedroom. There is full sized private fridge in basement for your use. LRT/buses and mall are all within walking distance. No pets, overnight guests or partiers please. Short term tenants are welcome. Rent ($850) is due first day of the month (eg September 1)/ $850 Damage Deposit must be paid in full before moving in.
RENTER MUST be: friendly, respectful, self-sufficient and clean. You are responsible for changing your bed weekly (sheets/pillows and bedding are provided), doing your own laundry/vacuuming of your bedroom/tiding up kitchen after use (washing your used dishes/cookware/stove/microwave). You are responsible for buying/preparing and cooking your own food… NO exceptions. Smoking: is NOT permitted in the townhouse- if you smoke, you may do so OUTSIDE in the backyard only. NO DRUG USE PERMITTED. Alcohol is allowed but not provided-please be respectful.
