I am a senior very energetic retired from ottawa hospital and looking to help out seniors who need rides to doctors appt, cleaning of home or apt, some cooking for them, I am not a registered PSW just someone who knows how to take care of seniors and their needs to help them. Whether to do groceries for them, landscape, I will do it for them.
