We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Transportation Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries, while maintaining clear and professional communication with drivers, customers, and team members.

✅ Experience:
2 years of experience in transportation dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet management.

Familiarity with routing software and GPS tracking tools.

Previous experience in skateboard or sporting goods logistics is a plus.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.

Skilled at handling urgent issues calmly and efficiently.



Planning & Organization:
Excellent planning and time-management skills.

Ability to juggle multiple routes, deliveries, and last-minute changes.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with delivery schedules, time windows, and safety regulations.
